Shipping policy

Shipping costs

We currently offer free shipping on orders over US$100.
For all other orders, shipping is charged as a flat rate upon checkout, with consideration given to the item type and destination. 

Customs duties and/or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping methods and delivery times

Our products are printed on demand. This means that your order will take between 2 to 7 business days to be fulfilled.

If your order is fulfilled locally, shipping of your order should take approximately 4 business days (after it has been fulfilled). However, it may take up to 7 to 14 days, depending on the your order destination or if there are other restrictions/impacts.

Your order may be fulfilled across multiple shipments if products are required to be shipped from various locations. Refer to the list below to see where your product could be fulfilled:

Expect longer shipping times if your product is expected to be fulfilled internationally. Depending on stock levels, your product may be fulfilled internationally in order to minimize any potential delays.

Shipping restrictions

Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters (i.e. customer address) please contact us at hello@frenchiejunction.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Missing or lost package

If courier tracking indicates that your order was lost in transit, please contact us at hello@frenchiejunction.com to make a written claim for replacement or refund of your order. All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to investigation and sole discretion.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
