Returns & Exchanges

How do I return something?

Easy! We have a 4 week return policy. To start a return, you can contact us at frenchie.junction@gmail.com and we will walk you through the process. 

Can I get an exchange?

Each order is custom made to your order request so exchanges will be at our discretion. However, please contact us at frenchie.junction@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

Orders & Shipping

Why haven't I received an order or shipping notification?

Oops! It's very likely that our email notifications are being sent to your spam inbox, so please check there. 

How long will my order take?  

Our products are printed on demand. This means that your order will take between 2 to 7 business days to be fulfilled.

Shipping of your order should take approximately 4 business days (after it has been fulfilled). However, it may take up to 7 to 14 days, depending on the your order destination or if there are other restrictions/impacts.

How do I wash and care for my garment?

With a little love and care, your garments should last a long time. To help with this, follow our tips below:

  • Cold wash only
  • Avoid harsh detergents
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron the print area
  • Line dry inside out 
  • Wash before wearing

Too easy!

Will you be releasing new designs or new products?

Definitely! At the moment, we have only added a small collection of designs on a UNISEX garment to enable the launch of Frenchie Junction. If you want to keep up to date (of course you do!), subscribe to our emails and follow us on our socials. 

I really love one of the designs, can I get it on a different product or in a different colour?

You betcha! Just contact us directly and we'll get onto customising an order just for you.
